  • Our client is an international company with over 4,000 employees worldwide in 30 locations and over 45 years of experience in the automotive, agricultural and construction machinery market.
  • Tasks of the customer service team leader The customer service team leader (m/f/d) is responsible for implementing restructuring plans, managing teams in Germany and the Netherlands, setting an example of customer orientation and service awareness, and professionalizing the sales performance of the office team. The position also requires travel of around 15-20%.
  • Requirements profile The requirements profile includes a completed apprenticeship or a university degree, experience in technical sales/customer service, team management experience, good knowledge of German and English, and other languages ​​are an advantage, experience in customer service and in articles that require explanation, call center experience, technical understanding, resistance to stress, team player qualities, ability to implement, leadership qualities and industry knowledge in mechanical engineering, logistics, automotive, technical sales, spare parts, agricultural machinery and construction machinery.

Your task:

- Implementation of restructuring plans

- You lead a team in Germany and the Netherlands and prepare it for new challenges.

- (Change Process) You demonstrate customer orientation and service awareness to the team.

- You are an inspiring doer who picks up the team and develops them further.

- You professionalize the sales performance of the office team.

- You work at least 4 days on site in the office in Hanover and travel approximately every 6 weeks for around 4-5 days to the European team in the Netherlands, which you lead in the same way as the team in Germany.

- You are goal-oriented, have a strong ability to implement things and are still a sociable person who gets your team involved. You will travel around 20% (route: Hanover-Netherlands)

Salary: For this position, a gross annual salary of €75,000 is planned, with the willingness to pay more depending on experience and qualifications. A company car, laptop and cell phone are also included.
